Installation

The core Huru Helpdesk component, as well as all add-ons, are installed via the standard Joomla Extension Install utility.

Install the component or add-on on your Joomla! site using the standard component installation method
While logged in as a Joomla! Super Administrator, select Huru Helpdesk from the Components menu and then begin the initial configuration of Huru Helpdesk
