Configuration

Prior to use, you must configure Huru Helpdesk. Configuration typically takes place in the following order:
  1. Departments
  2. Users
  3. Categories
  4. Priorities
  5. Statuses
  6. General Configuration
  7. Add a Menu Link
  8. Languages and Email Messages (optional)
