Version 0.88 released!
I have just uploaded version 0.88 to SourceForge. The big change in this version is the ability for users to attach files to case notes. Also, anonymous users now have the ability to search the knowledgebase. Below is a complete list of the changes. I have also posted a separate readme.txt file on SourceForge with more information.
Unfortunately, there were some features I just couldn't get added to this version (like user-defined fields and multiple reps per category). I will be working on those, and others, for future versions.
I haven't had time to update the wiki yet. If anyone else is willing to take a crack at it, let me know.
There were several new language strings created in the new version. Anyone who has created an alternate language will want to translate these new strings.

Fixed: Enter in Knowledgebase check box state now set correctly when opening existing case
Fixed: Problem classification and contact data should not be displayed when problem viewed via knowledgebase search
