These are the most important screens in Huru Helpdesk.  Included below are the administrator's Control Panel, the General Configuration screen, and the user's Control Panel, Problem List, Problem Submission, Problem Search screens.  Note that, on the user's Control Panel, different options will appear based on the permission level of the user.  Also, various fields on the problem submission and detail screens can be disabled via the configuration.
