Because it leverages the Joomla core, Huru Helpdesk can be extended with Joomla plugins.  Right now there are two plugins available:

• Search Plugin - This allows helpdesk cases to be searched via the Joomla site search function.
• User Sync plug-in - Automatically synchronizes Joomla! and Huru users as user accounts are created (or deleted) in Joomla.
